8-Page Mini Zine Template

Download a printable template for making a folded mini zine: an 8-page booklet from a single sheet of paper. Choose a solid-background/transparent PNG or a PDF.

How To Make Your Mini Zine

  1. Download the template.
  2. Print your template at 100% scale (no shrinking or scaling!)
  3. Fold the paper in half along the blue "FOLD HERE" line (hamburger style)
  4. Fold in half again vertically (like closing a book)
  5. With the paper folded, cut along the red "CUT HERE" line from the folded edge to the middle ONLY
  6. Open the paper back to the first (horizontal) fold
  7. Hold the ends and push them together. The paper will form a + shape, then fold it into a booklet
  8. Keep all text and images inside the red safe area margins to avoid printer bleed!

Important Notes

  • Use the PDF version for the cleanest printing results
  • Use PNG Transparent to overlay on your own designs in image editors
  • Use PNG Solid for direct printing or if transparency isn't needed
  • All templates are generated at 150 DPI for good print quality and reasonable file sizes
  • The 10mm safe margins protect your content from being cut off during printing
